Part 1 - My first Blackberry was on a contract with O2 about 7-8 years ago, all went well but after a year, I wanted a better screen on my primary PDA/Smartphone and so I moved on, to a Pocket PC I think (as I change devices so often, I loose track…) Years went by when I used various Symbian smartphones and Windows Mobile devices, utilising the email functionality to frequently ‘pull’ email from a primary and several secondary accounts; who needs a Blackberry I thought…. But all I see these days, working in Central London, is everybody (not literally but a hell of a lot!) using Blackberry’s; well "if you can’t beat them, join them". I came back to a Blackberry about 3-4 months ago by purchasing a new Blackberry 8120 (aka Pearl) from a High Street Orange store along with an additional £5 Blackberry bolt-on to my Orange Dolphin contract account. This was a damn good deal, giving me countless emails from my 1x primary + 4x secondary accounts ‘pushed’ promptly in true Blackberry fashion. The 8120 was great, but recently I decided that the keys where to squashed together on this very narrow Blackberry and even though I’m a ‘power user’ of such gadgets, my typing input was too slow and became frustrating. [8120 soon to be sold on eBay, I might add]
